Very tiny thing:

Even though "Low priority" is set for the options in ICE ECC. When it starts encoding its still on normal priority and must be manually set in the Task manager.

Not a big problem.

It's work correct. There are a lot of threads inside ICE ECC. Some of them most time idle, some not. ICE ECC set priority for threads, witch really using for computations. This is change not reflect by Task Manager. because Task Manager show only default application priority. Task Manager do not show thread priority.

Still have a problem here. During calcuation PC slows down and it is impossible to work with Smile Only manual proirity changing to below normal or idle hepls.
Is there any way to fix it - for all threads inside ICE ECC to work with idle or below normal priority?
Is there any to start ICE ECC with low priority from cmd line? start /belownormal do not helps at all.

ICE ECC produce heave load not only for CPU. ICE ECC also use a lot RAM and moreover ICE ECC use very high memory bandwidth. Even if ICE ECC has low priority it can use most RAM bandwidth. This is the main reason, why ICE ECC slow down computer.

Need to look

ICE ECC use oprtions by default. If low priority is activated, ICE ECC will use it for cmd line too.
